I just came back from a live performance of Othello. The actor who portrayed Iago was superb. He saved the entire play, because the alternate for Othello was awful. He didn't come across as commanding, and his voice was too high, I think, for Othello's role. (But maybe this is because I am used to Fishburne's Othello?) I wish I had stayed after ( Read more... )
